Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the TNPSC Tamil mobile application ('app', 'service'). By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Use of the service
TNPSC Tamil is an educational preparation app for TNPSC Group 4 and VAO exams. You agree to use the app solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Misuse of the service — including scraping, automated tools, reverse engineering, or redistributing content — is strictly prohibited.
2. Your account
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly). You can cancel anytime from within the app.
If you cancel within the 3-day free trial period, you will not be charged.
4. Intellectual property
All content within the app — questions, explanations, design, logos — is the property of TNPSC Tamil or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any content without prior written permission.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided 'as is'. We make no warranty of guaranteed exam success. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
